We have a strong portfolio of restorative historic build projects covering all sectors, ranging from Ealing Filmworks to Trent Park House .


Listed Building Restorations We have experience and expertise in restoring historic buildings, creating an understanding within The Goldsmith Group of the special approach required on these projects. We have completed complex refurbishment works in listed buildings, residential properties , art centres and church building, working with Conservation Officers to ensure the sympathetic renovation of these period properties.

We pay particular consideration to those affected by the construction process and our impact on the local environment. Where appropriate we undertake consultation with neighbours regarding site activity from pre-start to final handover, providing site information and viewing facilities where practical.
