A facility constructed for the residents of St. James Homes development at Nine Elms. A digital entertainment suite, consisting of a Golf Simulator, Cinema, Washrooms and lobby area. The Suite is located in the basement level 1 of the apartment project. Our works were, from concrete shell to completion. These included, Air conditioning, Audio Visual, specialist wall, ceiling, and floor finishes. High end joinery, specialist furniture, designer tiling and commissioning of the cinema and golf facility.
