A traditional Cotswold stone built 2-bedroom cottage, in a heritage area. Its initial construction dating back approximately 200 years. 

Our works here were to stabilise the building walls and structure, provide a dampproof solution and refurbish the house for the private owners.

We have installed new structural steelwork, a complete first floor and stairs and replaced all of the windows with oak casement windows complying with conservation requirements. The house will be fitted out and completed to the clients’ satisfaction.

The grounds and landscaping will be completed sympathetically to the area including the drystone wall boundaries.
