A show home sales centre for HWL’s Chelsea Waterfront Development.
We recreated the proposed development’s apartment Kitchens and Bathrooms prior to the construction of the development, in a Victorian warehouse in Lots Road Chelsea.
From Farrell’s designs we created the individual high-end bathrooms and kitchen prototypes for the main development, providing design development and then consequently a sales tool for customer forward sales. Interestingly to display the kitchens we provided an illuminated city diorama of the Chelsea Waterfront behind a curtain wall glazed façade.
