A suite of offices in Albemarle Street. From Basement to Fourth floor levels.
We returned the offices to a category A standard for marketing to new clients.
The offices have new contemporary washrooms and kitchens at each floor. We overhauled the sash window to bring them to modern standards, installed Air conditioning, refined the layouts into sensible spaces and upgraded the lighting to up-to-date LUX standards. Common areas were restored and decorated, and a statement lobby area added for visitors.
